BMC Slat Floor For Pigs/goats

Bmc slat floor for pigs/goats, (BMC), bulk molding composite, or dough moulding compound is a ready-to-mold, glass-fiber reinforced thermoset polymer material primarily used in compression molding, as well as in injection molding and transfer moulding.  The Materials of BMC slat is made of resin, styrene and calcium powder, and light calcium carbonate used as filler, reinforced with glass fiber and steel, adding new synthetic materials. It is a new type of composite material with a variety of raw materials mixing.

1. Lightweight. It is easy to transport and install. Only four corners of the slat need to be fixed during installation

2. High Load bearing. The total load capacity of each plate is 800 kg, and every single slat is    400KG.
