2. The temperature environment in which the machine operates should be controlled within -5 to 40 degrees Celsius.

The concrete wall panel extruder machine integrates the production processes of precast wall panels, including materials feeding, vibrating, extrusion,forming and demoulding: 

The main motor transmits power to the reduction box through the pulley, and the output shaft of the reduction box drives the spiral screw augers to rotate in the forming cavity composed of its moulding part , vibrating system and bottom pedestal; the concrete materials from the hopper is continuously transported to the forming cavity, and the materials is extruded and compacted by the screw augers and vibrated continuously by the vibrator in the forming cavity, generating resonance and continuously being squeezed and compacted to achieve the required shape, size and compactness. At the same time, the vibrated and compacted wall slabs generate reaction force on the rotating augers, pushing the extruder forward continuously, thereby realizing continuous wall panels making. And last,The forming scraper at the tail of the precast wall panel extruder machine is used to smooth the surface of the panels.
